Rental rules differ between Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. A guide covers one region or the federal level, and is never a translation of another region’s rules.

Every guide lists its sources.
With dates
Every guide shows the date the legislation was checked and when the text was reviewed.

What we are preparing
We are starting with Flanders and the federal level. Brussels and Wallonia will follow later. Possible topics include registering a lease, tax on rental income and rent indexation.
