Houz matches every payment to the right lease. You see straight away who has paid.
A reminder is not a quarrel.
Houz sends the reminder itself, in a businesslike tone and in your tenant’s language.
You don’t need to be a lawyer to rent out.
Houz calculates your indexation with the official health index and warns you about the rules of your region, with the source.
Good management doesn’t have to be expensive.
Houz will be free for up to 3 active leases, so every landlord can start.
05 · Your data
What happens to your data?
Your rentals contain other people’s data. This is how Houz is designed to handle it. Houz is not available yet: what follows applies to the app once it exists.
Only incoming payments
When you import a bank file, Houz keeps only the incoming payments.
A log of changes
Changes to properties, tenants, leases and payments are recorded automatically, without keeping the content of the fields.
Take your data with you
You can export a tenant’s data, and your accounting as CSV.
