How Houz works.
Know who has paid
Connect your bank through Ponto, Isabel Group’s secure connection (separate subscription). Houz only reads your payments and can never move money. Rather not connect? Upload a bank file. Houz matches every payment to the right lease.
Arrears without the arguments
See at once who is late and by how much, and send a businesslike reminder in your tenant’s language.
Indexation without the maths
With Statbel’s official health index and the rules of your region, with the source.
Know what each property earns
What came in, what it cost and what is left, per property and per building. With your gross and net yield.
For every kind of lease.
A family home, a student room, a garage or a shop: every lease gets its kind, and Houz follows the rules that go with it.

Price
Freefor up to 3 active leases
Try everything free for the first 14 days. After that, Houz stays free for up to 3 active leases.
Good management should not be expensive. More leases, or everything automatic? Houz Pro costs €3 per active lease per month, excl. VAT (€3.63 incl. VAT).
What is an active lease?
You pay for what you rent out, not for what you own. An active lease is a running or upcoming lease for a home or other rental object (an apartment, studio, room or garage). A vacant property does not count, and neither does a lease that has ended.
